Supernova
Supernova
Around the world, Los Angeles is known as the height of glamour. L.A. is a dark dreamland—it’s surreal, invoking picturesque snapshots of beauty, ageless youth, stardom, riches, and fame. However, the perfection is a true illusion. Hollywood also breeds greed, lust, jealousy, shame, and isolation. “Supernova” visually explores both the illusion and the reality, the difference between the gritty and the dreamy through the lens of a female ‘star’ navigating the city. A Supernova is the bright explosion that happens when a star reaches the end of its lifetime.
