The Bystander Effect is a psychological theory stating that individuals are less likely to help someone in distress when there are other people present. We see violence on our screens every day, and we are quickly becoming desensitized. “Bystander Effect” asks: when will be stop being internet bystanders and contribute to a change; when will we act?
