I still am, but now I can’t help but wonder (okay, calm down Carrie Bradshaw) if I can envision a future in journalism.

The absence of discussion about the fired individuals indicates Bravo may not be dedicated to ensuring an equitable experience for their Black cast members if it means the network has to address their own complicity.

I’d tell myself I could deal with it on my own, or that it really wasn’t so bad. I knew that some people needed extra help mentally—and that I was probably one of them—but I was scared of what that would look like and how I would need to make changes in my life.
