Meet The Team

Ella Donoghue

Nice to meet you, my name is Ella! Since I can’t take you out to dinner first, I’ll just introduce myself here…

I’m from New York, and here I am a junior journalism major, minoring in pre-law. I want my column to be an outlet for myself, something very different from my coursework, where I can be more creative and raw, and an outlet for my readers where we can all have fun and learn together. Like journalism with afterglow! I will admit that I am a chronic oversharer and at times I’m probably too honest, but we’re all friends here. At least, we are now. And I promise there will be plenty of benefits.

Tehya Tenasco

Hello very much, My name is Tehya! I’m a junior WLP major with strong opinions on topics that I don’t always have the energy to voice. Whether it’s fashion or pop culture or an abstract concept, my blog is a translation of what subject my brain has been fixated on over the weeks. I love rabbits and lace fabrics and the color yellow (although I would never wear it), but most importantly I love to write, and write, and write

Scarlett Heikkila

Welcome welcome welcome, my name is Scarlett and I’m from sunny San Diego! I’m a sophomore Sports Communications major but I consider journalism my side piece, which brings you here! My column is here to chat about all opinions considered taboo, controversial, or anything nagging on my mind. If you don’t agree—that’s the point! Argue about my column over coffee… I’ll see you then 😉

Keira Mooar

Hi! My name is Keira, I’m a freshman Film, Television, and Media Arts major, and a retired musician! This is like a study journal with tips that I’m 100% qualified to give about productivity (hence the photo evidence proving I graduated high school). I’ll be covering how to balance your different lives and sometimes spend an entire day in your bed. Even though the focus is to study tips, I might include what’s going on in my life or what I’ve been obsessed with recently. Hope you tune in!
